Not sure what to say?

I'm sad to learn of Felix's passing. He and I were great friends at First Baptist during our years at Byrd and have many happy memories. After our college years I became a Foreign Service Officer in the US State Department and lived overseas for 20 years and we lost touch with each other. We did get to visit at our Byrd Class Reunion a few years ago. I'll always remember our happy times together during our teen years. I am blessed to have known him!! Billl Mason, Byrd, 1956.

Flash and I were just reminiscing about Mr Wheeler coming in Cajun Cycle and how we enjoyed every visit. We did not know of his passing and am sadden deeply to hear he has left this world that he brought so much joy, to so many people. He will be missed with fond memories. May God bless and comfort you Ms. Betty, and all the family.

I loved this man. I had the pleasure of taking care of his insurance needs during my 22 years at State Farm. He always had a kind word to say and made me smile. Prayers for his entire family.

We are so sorry for your loss. May God keep fast hold of you with his right hand during this difficult time.

Kyle and I send our condolences and sympathy to all the family. He was blessed with that wonderful "Wheeler Gift of Gab" and could always make me laugh. He will be missed.
Love, Metta Rone

Prayers for comfort at this time Hugs to Mrs Wheeler and Mel.

I have great memories of our years living directly behind you! From Santa Claus coming to our front door and surprising my little girls to the 4th of July parades in the neighborhood (complete with firetruck!), Felix showed his love for people. My love and prayers for all of the family. The Lord will comfort you and bring you joy and peace.

So very sorry to read about this. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless all of you. Jacob Kerr and Beth Brangato Kett

Melody, Felicia and Mrs. Betty - so sorry about the loss of Mr. Wheeler - I wish I could be there to support you but know I am from Texas. Much love to you all.
