Not sure what to say?

In gratitude to have this opportunity to re-member you and the memories that you have left with your family and with me. For me, especially your service to St.Nicholas of Tolentine as an usher and for beginning of the Spanish Mass with Anne your wife and gift shop.

Message directly to Fred. Send forth your blessings from heaven to your family. May the good memories they have of you be a blessing for them and in gratitude to you. My memory is your welcome to me and your church work in the Gift Shop-from buying to storing to selling. you were not afraid of hard work and trustworthy in what you did.

May Fred/your Dad rest in peace and now as he did in the past watch over each of you. How much he cared for you. Will he not do all that he can to care for you now!

Many memories. Rest in peace embraced by your many good deeds to family and church and neighbor. Many!

Fred and Anne were instrumental in beginning the Spanish Mass and the Gift Shop at St.Nicholas of Tolentine Church in the Bronx. Their generosity and courage in what they did has affected many to this day. So Fred may you know the embrace of our God as we remember your first anniversary. May your family be blessed with peace and comfort and may they know your presence in the memories and the spiritual and loving relationship that is still alive in this memory. Sr.Jo-Anne Faillace,OP

Thank you Fred for your example of providing a home for the homeless. I remember you also as fisherman which reminds us of the Gospel story of the disciples. And your Religious beliefs and practices were a treasure to you. Thank you for the family that you left as your legacy. Jo-Anne (Friend of the family)

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your...
