Just heard the unfortunate news, he will be in my prayers. C-5 was ahead of his time, he forgot more about hydraulics than most will ever know. The fire service lost a true leader and legend.

Patsy I'm so sorry to read this news, this FB post by Patty enlightened me. I didn't know. My Mom always told me about u and ur sisters, could understand the Love and I grew to have the same for all of you. I'm sorry for being a distant family member..May God's strength and Love help u through these tough days. We Love u and if we can be of any help..I won't be distant..God Bless You

Dear Pat, please accept my heartfelt sympathy. I didn't know him well, but I know what the two of you shared. My prayers are with you.

I was skip's Podiatrist, I loved my house calls to see him and chat with pat. As the years went by we began to get closer not as Dr. and his pt. but as friends. I refinished a table that skip made in high school and I was so proud that he loved the job i did. I am missing him right now. Pat you know what a great guy.

A true legend in the fire service of Mercer County. A great friend and mentor to so many.
