Send FlowersFERN EDWARDS HIGHLAND, IN Fern Edwards, age 84, of Highland, passed away Monday, December 3, 2012. She is survived by her daughters: Linda (Bill) Muller of Matteson, IL, Marianne (David) Blue of Hammond, Cathy Shevchenko of Highland, and Karen (Henry) Kleschen of Evanston, IL; grandchildren: Scott and Sara Bloom, Steven Blue, Charles (Gina) DeArmond, Michael DeArmond, Brittany Rucklos, Alex Shevchenko, Justin, Kevin, Ryan, and Kelly Kleschen; great grandson, Cameron DeArmond; brother, Donald Lee of Quincy, IL. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth O. Edwards; and brother, Dean Lee. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, December 7, 2012 from 3:00-7:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home & Crematory, 14 Kennedy Ave. (corner of Main and Kennedy), Schererville. Fern will be laid to rest Saturday at Chapel Lawn Cemetery Schererville. Fern was active in the Girl Scouts for many years and was a member of Unity Church in Hammond.
