Fern Alice Humphrey

Always a kind word, always with love in her heart, always acceptance of life and knowing that sometimes people are just who they are. These are attributes we should all aspire to and strive to have. Fern had all those qualities x 10. Those that are no longer with us wait patiently to be reunited with us once again in heaven. Take comfort knowing that Fern will be smiling and greeting you with open arms when you meet her again.

It's hard to put into words how much Fern meant to me and our family. Fern and Dean welcomed us into their Cameron neighborhood 24 years ago. Although Fern moved from Cameron many years ago, our friendship continued. She is one special lady who I considered a second mom.
