Mom was a warrior. She was brilliant, had a great sense of humor, inspiring, compassionate, selfless, and above all else, a devoted mother. Every year on my birthday, I asked her to tell me the story of when I was born. She told me, "Honey, the first moment I saw you, I knew why God had put me on this Earth." I will miss her everyday, and will honor her legacy by doing my best to be as amazing as she was in all that I do.
