I knew Fern when we worked at Easy Washer in Syracuse (in the 1950's). I was young and had a hard time balancing my checkbook and Fern took it and balanced it out. Her advise to me, always deposit an even amount, which I still do till today. A smart, friendly and helpful lady.

Hello Darryl and Betsy. So sorry to hear of Mrs. Thomas' passing. I knew her to be a wonderful woman. Many happy sports memories from our teenage years, Darryl. I have several ceramic horses that my mother made for me with Mrs. Thomas. I hope that my mother and Mrs. Thomas will meet again "up yonder" as they are both there now. Many heartfelt thoughts and prayers for all of you.

Sorry for your loss. Fern was a wonderful lady, I have lots of her ceramic pieces, she did a great job at painting them.
