I remember meeting your father like it was yesterday, although it was many moons ago. I remember feeling a great sense of respect for him and for your whole Brazilian family upon that first handshake. My father too recently passed away. Sincerest Sympathies to the entire family. I have very fond memories of Fernando and the smiles he put on my face with his unique sense of humor. He was a very talented man in his art but also in so many other areas of his life. He was the best BBQ chef I know. I will miss standing by his side sharing stories, jokes and tasty tid bits he would carve off whatever he was grilling at the time...especially his whole hams!! He showed me how the Brazzilian people enjoyed life and their zest for...

God Bless you Dad. You lived a long life but more importantly, you lived a BIG life. Through your paintings and body of work you leave behind a beautiful legacy that will live on long after you. We miss you Dad. Love, Linda
