Not sure what to say?

I was in the Coast Guard with Fernando, on the Cook Inlet based in Portland. He was my friend, and I always brought his name up over the years when speaking of my years on the ship. Rest In Peace Fernando my friend.

I was able to see my Uncle just hours before he passed away. I felt that he had waited for me to arrive before embarking on his journey to a better place. I wasn't able to remain in Portland for the wake and the funeral but was happy to hear of the outpouring from friends from wayback and his very honorable memorial service.

While I did not know Fernando,I do know his brother Frank ( and I also knew Ramona) and so I wish to offer my prayers and condolences to all of his loving family. God Bless, Colleen Clancy Langlois

So sorry for your loss Tracy. He now joins all the other angels in heaven..Thoughts and prayers with you and the family.

Tracy and family: my special thoughts and prayers are with you at this time in your lives. It is never an easy time to deal with the loss, but it issome what of a comfort to know that the loved one is out of pain, resting in our makers arms. I will never forget "Tony" as I knew him and taking us to the beach and riding in the open air. (Convertable) so many years ago. Bless you Fernando, Rest in Peace.

I am glad he is finally at peace. My deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Nono at the gulf of Mexico

My father was a guy who really was the captain of his own ship. He lived his life exactly as he wished, and has no regrets. He really liked the peaceful solitude that he found while tending his garden, connecting with God and nature.

My Father Fernando was a man that seemed to really be blessed.
He lived his live pretty much exactly as he wished to. He traveled the world both when he was in the Coast Guard
