Not sure what to say?

Thank you for your Military Service Fernando.

I knew Ferdinand from Whittier Jr.High and graduated from Lincoln High with him. I always admired the way he carried himself with all kinds of people. He had a strong character and a personality that you could not help yourself to take a liking to him. He attracted good people and surrounded himself with the same. His wife Elnore and his family will greatly miss him. I offer my sincerest condolences to Elnore and the total Ortiz family. And I will keep him in my prayers,

I am so sorry to hear about your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I was one of the L H S football mgr. when he played for our team. My condolences to his family.

Oh the memories I have of Ferd and Elnore. We all went to beauty school together. I worked at Fernando 's for awhile till I got my own salon. He was always so funny and had a heart of pure gold. In 2014 we filmed a movie on his property and Ferd & Elnore were so kind. We are forever grateful for having this opportunity. My heart breaks for Elnore and the family. My tears fall for the loss of this incredible man. He was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. RIP my friend

So sorry for the horrific loss of your husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother Fernando. I knew them from his hair salon, neighbors of our friends, and school. I had seen him and Elnore at Trackside Bar and Grill in the past few years. Waverly lost another good man. Take good care of his beautiful wife. She will miss him greatly.

Ferd Did my hair for years. We laughed together each time. What a guy. He is missed by SO many. Marcia Wythers

I. Will never forget the great memories I have of working for Fred and Elmore and all the great parties we had. I was so very privileged to know all his siblings also there worderful four children. Our Christmas Parties are something to remember also. Thanks for the memories. They were very supportive when my sister was killed and when my husband died they came to the funeral. We were are like family. All of us girls had children about the same ages so my children have great memories...
