Not sure what to say?

It's hard to imagine that it's been 11 years search the passing of my dear friend, Fielder. He was such a help and giving me a solid advice about insurance issues on the number of occasions. And I loved his Wry sense of humor. I think of him every time I come up to Shreveport. But he's resting in peace and in God's hands. Jim Brown

Mr Fielder was a generous man, his wisdom and compassion for me and others was beautiful. I personally received both, in a time in my life that I needed help. I will be so ever grateful to Mr Calhoun for his kindness .
Me Fielder’s left me a example that I think about everyday.
I will remember him forever.

My prayers and thoughs are with you all - Fielder was such an inspiration to me. I was the Youth Director a St. Paul's & in chage of assigning Lay Readers/Chalicers from 1980-82. To this day I always use Felder as an example of how there are so many environents we can impact just by using what we are given - in particular his ministry in airports as he was traveling. I will always remember that example - and share it with others. Rest in Peace, Fielder.

My condolences to the Calhoun Family. Fielder was certainly a huge influence on everyone with whom he came into contact. He was a great friend to our agency and helped us tremendously through a tough marketplace many years ago. We will forever be indebted to him. His annual "state of the union" address was always full of wisdom and insight. God Bless this great man with peaceful rest eternal.

To the Calhoun Family, it saddened me so when I heard of Fielder's passing. God Bless you all.

We continue to pray for you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time.

I have known Mr. Calhoun since 1970. I started my insurance career at the Aetna; Mr. Pinson, his Father-in-law, visited the Aetna office daily.
Fielder, you are truly an icon to the insurance industry.
How special his legacy is continuing thru two generations of Calhouns....
The entire Louisiana Insurance Industry is truly at a loss.
The entire Calhoun Family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Respectfully,
Janice Hopkins
