There is not a day goes by I don't think of him. He was a very close friend

There are very few days I don't think of Ray. We grew very close over the years. I think most of all I remember the laughter. We flew to Atlanta for a flooring convention. Ray was real nervous. They announced if you were caught smoking in the bathroom there was a fine. Ray asked the stewardess if he paid her or the pilot. Everyone laughed. The time we were selling Christmas trees and they started turning brown and Ray painted them. Good times like that I'll never forget. We'll meet again one...

I just found out.They say you can count your true friends on one hand.Ray was one of them.The last time I saw him was Cindys funeral a year ago.I think we both knew that would be the last time we'd see each other.I'l never forget him.My conolences to the family.Sincerely, Ron Gilstrap
