Not sure what to say?

I still miss you my friend. There are still times I almost dial your number to chat and wish you were here.

Dear Fiona, I am so sad that you are gone, but I am relieved that you are no longer in pain. Thank you for being my friend since our days at St. Ignatius. I will always treasure the many memories of the times that we spent together--especially as young adults living in Lakeview. You listened to me and provided encouragement and helpful advice when I was struggling several years ago, and for that, I will always be grateful. You loved your friends and family--especially your...

I went to St. Ignatius with Fiona and Clare. Fiona was a very special young woman who was ambitious adventurous smart and strong. I really enjoyed the moments I shared in high school with the Hallan sisters. They were always very kind and generous to me. Clare my prayers are with you and your family. Mark Lavery

Fiona, thank you for being so welcoming and kind in my life. My love and sincerest condolences go out to all your family and friends esp. Juliette, Jack and Lizzie. You May they always carry your beautiful spirit and love.

Fiona- I will miss all of our evening chats, so many laughs, a few good cries, great memories. You were like a sister to me and while you will be missed, I´m glad you are at peace. Sending hugs to you in heaven and to your precious kids who you loved endlessly.

My sincere condolences to Fiona's family and especially her children. I was stunned and saddened to learn of her death.

Fiona was my first college roommate and we shared many experiences on the fourth floor of Merz Hall at Loyola University. She introduced me to Chinese takeout, and we must have split a hundred orders in just two semesters. I can still hear her singular, exuberant laughter. I will always remember her deep intelligence, her beautiful smile, and her conspiratorial...

My sincere condolences to Fiona's siblings and especially her children. I was deeply saddened to learn of her death. Fiona was my first college roommate, and we shared many experiences on the 4th floor of Merz Hall at Loyola. I can still hear her exuberant laughter. I will always remember her beautiful smile, deep intelligence, and conspiratorial sense of fun. Rest in peace, dear friend.

I remember being at your house freshman year HS. Always so warm and gracious and the infectious laugh. Then becoming reacquainted - the various conversations on different topics are flooding my memory right now. Truly one in a million.

I am sending thoughts of love and condolences to Hallan and Wheeler families for their loss. Fiona was a gentle spirit with struggles in her soul, but she is now eternally at peace. We attended Billy Joel´s concert together in late February of 1990 at the Rosemont Horizon and Paul McCartney´s concert in late July of 1990 at Soldier Field. Fiona: she´s got a way...here, there, and everywhere.
