My heart is So Heavy as I heard the news of a good friend and co-worker. There was never a day that went by where Flando didn't have a smile on his face. He was such an uplifting and positive person to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time. RIP my friend you will truly be missed!

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of our friend and co-defender of freedom. From the first time we met Flando in Hawaaii he has been a true friend. He showed us his gracious hospitality and support whenever we met. God has you in his hands and we are fortunate for the short time he gave you to us. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends. Flando was a man of honor and he will be missed.
