Not sure what to say?

His life touch many personally and professionally, his roles in the community and at DWR were to be emulated by many others. He was part of so many projects and programs which have served water to Californians.

It has been a long time since I have seen Mr. Peek - or “Corky” as he was known by the adults/parents in our neighborhood. It was quite a wonderful place, our neighborhood in Binet Estates: parents who celebrated life together, and the children bonding as friends and playmates. I know that mom, when she was able, looked forward to visiting with Dorothy and Corky after they moved. The passage of Time is relentless; thank God we have fond memories to sustain us.

Mr. Peek, or Corky as my mom and dad called him was our neighbor while I was growing up in Citrus Heights. Debbie was one of my friends and we would all hang out together and get into trouble! I remember the fun times at La Port. I am sad to hear that he has passed and you and your family are in our prayers. Nancy DeRose ( McElroy)
