Flora Jerome Holt

The world will be a little less bright with the passing of Mrs. Holt. She taught me in 2nd grade and my family had the great pleasure of being her neighbor for a brief period while our house was being built. As I am a lifelong member of the Erwin United Methodist Church, Mrs. Holt served as a true role model, not only for us as children, but a mentor as we became adults. She always had a big smile and a warm and gracious laugh. God truly called home another earthly angel.
