Not sure what to say?

Offering deepest sympathy in your loss. Though I did not know her personally, our two families have a long, deep history together: my late uncle, General "Jack" Ford, married the late Sallie Middlebrooks in the early 1900s. As a child about six years old, I recall visiting our family in Gray, Georgia and the Hilltop area. May God be with you all and see you through this difficult time and the days ahead.
With love from a distant relative,

Cheryl & The Middlebrooks Family

Our hearts and prayes go out to you and your family during this time of sorrow. May God contnue to bless and strengthen you and the family.

Growing up in the Valley and living in the building next door, I will always remember the nice lady that always smiled and would say "hi sweetie" to me. I never knew her name was Flora,I only knew her as "Mizz Middlebrooks", back in those days we only addressed parents by their last name. I can see her so clear in my mind walking Cheryl, she used to take Cheryl for a walk everyday, and I also remember Debra and Ronnie. My mother passed nine months ago, but everyday I feel the same pain. So,...

I am so ssorry for your loss, treasure the special times spent with Flora as you draw strength from the love of family and friends and may you draw close to God and he will draw close to you.
James 4:8

Middlebrooks Family,

I am truly sorry to hear about your loss, my prayers go out to you and yours. Mrs. Middlebrooks was such a sweet and caring lady. I had the pleasure of knowing her when our families lived in Garden Valley. On several occasions, I locked myself out of my house and she always allowed me to wait at your house until someone came home. Cheryl, Trish and I were as thick as thieves, you rarely saw one without the others. Cheryl, even though distance has formed a...

Hey Family!!! George, Carl and Cheryl, I love you. Ms. Flora, was very good to me and my siblings in a time of need, a few times, when we were growing up. I will always be very grateful for that. Our families have shared many good times and sad times. I won't be able to make the services, but I will be with you in spirit. Be strong, and be Blessed. I'll see you all soon.

Sending prayers out for our entire family as we go through this time of grief. Grandma will truly be missed and never forgotten! As some of us are in disbelief and even denial and some still have tears, that's ok...in time it will be the small things that remind us of her and bring smiles upon our faces. The smell of coffee, sitting on the porch, smell of a familiar perfume....but the most memorable thing would have to be...playing the numbers, lol! She knew all the codes and made you go play...
