SMITH, Mrs. Flora Obila Robinson Smith, passed away quietly Tuesday, September 4, 2007. Almighty God in his infinite wisdom gently closed the eyes of our beloved. Flora was born October 9, 1939 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jiego and Lillian Obila Robinson. Flora leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 40 years, Thomas H. Smith Jr.; four children, Brenda R. Faison, Flora LaVern Robinson, Linwood T. (Tudy) Robinson and Thomas H. (Tommy) Smith III; two brothers, James T. (J.T.) and Earl I. Robinson; three sisters, Lorraine R. Smith, Rosa Juanita Fisher and Barbara Jean Walls; brothers-in-law, Sonny Smith, Alphonso Smith and Steve Smith; sisters-in- law, Irene Smith, Barbara Smith and Beedy Smith; four grandchildren, Shawn Faison, Dominique Faison, Brandy (Ashley) Faison and LaVon Smithson; five great-grandchildren, Desean Mason, Delmonte Faison, Ashante, Asia and Jason Coleman Jr.; one devoted nephew, Anthony Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at the West Chapel of Bennett's Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street Road, Glen Allen, where visitation will be held on Sunday, September 9, from to 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 10, 2007 at 11 a.m. at The St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd., Richmond, Va. 23223.
