Flora Vezza, 88, of Pawtucket, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. She was the wife of the late Arcadio Vezza. Born in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Rosa Casale.
Flora is survived by her children, Adolfo Vezza, Anthony Vezza and his wife Cheryl, and Dr. Phyllis Vezza, and two granddaughters, Kate and Mera Vezza.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9am from the Costigan-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Saint Teresa Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Friday from 4-6pm in the funeral home.

Flora was like a grandmother to me. I will forever cherish her love of gardening and all she taught me. Her fantastic cooking and the glee she took in spiking my coffee with anisette liqueur on Saturday mornings. Rest in peace with love.
