Not sure what to say?

To my dear friend Florence:
I want you to know that I think of you so often, and miss you so very much !
You were like a second Mom to me, and I want you to knpw how very much I appreciated all you did for me , from the welcome you gave me the day I walked into WPD in June of 1986. You taught me to be fierce, and over those years we became family. I hope you heard me when I told you how much I loved you in the hospital. Your family was so nice to let me say goodbye that last...

Florence-Richard and I were in Wfd. in Sept for a few days(before traveling on to Saginaw & Coloma) and we stopped by Kelly & Irene's and went back the next day to catch Pat & Brenda . I'll tell u-it was awful strange to sit there among such comfortable-old surroundings and NOT have u with us-physically. BUT YOU WERE RIGHT THERE WITH US-MENTALLY AND IN OUR HEARTS- U ALWAYS WILL BE. Going back to Doremus is like going HOME to us now. Love You Florence-All You McNamara's.

I will miss you in everything I do and everything I am
K

Pat, Penny, & Kelly, we were all so very sorry to hear of ur Mom's passing yet we are ALL grateful that we had the chance to have known Florence & ALL of YOU. We got the chance to be a part of your great family on several occasions and for that we will be forever grateful. Florence was one great lady!

My sincere sympathy to the entire McNamara Family. I feel like I was a part of their family because the day I walked in to Waterford Police as a rookie officer in 1986, Florence adopted me. She was like a second Mother to me and when my own Mom died , Florence was there to help me through my loss and make everything alright. Through the last 29 years her friendship has never waivered. She was a person of the highest moral standards and one of the best friends a girl could ask for. ...
