Florence and I were business partners for a short while in a catering business. She taught me many things, but I will always remember her loving soul...so kind. She always thought the very best of people. She was funny also. One time we were on a job. The home had an open floor plan and we were in the kitchen cooking as others were having their cocktails and visiting with each other. We had something in the oven that needed to come out so Florence walked over to the oven, reached down,...

Florence was a loving soul and was very proud of her heritage! Wherever she went she would speak some Italian hoping that someone would answer.

As much as she will be missed she has now returned to her sweetheart Johnny which she has missed so much since he passed.

Florence was the centerpiece of all the Baiocchi social gatherings - generous in her food preparation and interaction, she was an unforgettable and spirited presence. May she rest in peace.
