Not sure what to say?

Such a warm and caring person. I considered her as an Aunt rather than a close friend of Doretha and Katie. Always took the time and you could always feel love when in Florence's company.

Gerard,
My prayers are with you although I can’t be there. Florence and I worked together many years and understood each other very well. She was a great inspiration to me. May you follow in your Mother’s footsteps. May God bless you.
Love,
Sis. Mary Payton

Gerard,
Loving memories live on forever. Even in your sadness, we hope you can hold on to the thought that a life lived with so much love never really ends, but goes on forever in the hearts of those who remember.

I find myself saying goodbye to many of the people who were integral during my childhood. I guess that's a part of growing up, but it' still very difficult. Ms. Florence was one of those dear mentors who blessed us with her generous investment of sharing her time, talent and passion in many of the lives of the youth who walked through St. Mark. My grandmother (Mercedes Bachus Collins), mother (Mary Ann Collins Smith), aunt (Clentel Collins Pierre), cousins (Ernest, Burton, Nicole & Pamela)...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Gerard,
A first class lady has gone home to glory. One who touched the lives of many. Glad I had several opportunities to communicate with her by phone before she became seriously ill. Cherish the beautiful memories and know that God is your strength during this time.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Gerard,

I was so sorry when I heard about Ms Davis' passing. She had been a true blessing to me growing up as we so affectionately called her Aunt Florence because of the love she showed us. You will be in my prayers and know that you now have a guardian angel who is looking down from Heaven with a smile on her face because she is in a much better place.

Love, Catina Raymond

You are in our thoughts and prayers.
