Read MoreI am sorry to hear of Flo's death. My condolences to your family. Elton and Flo were great landlords to me for over 14 years. As a single mom I was sometimes late on my rent, Elton or Flo would call and their first words were not "where's the rent" but instead "Are you and the kids OK?" I always appreciated their concern of our well-being and their love and support of my family.
