Not sure what to say?

I also knew Florence from my days at First Health, and I was very saddened to hear of her passing today. I will never forget her pulling me aside to tell me that I need to trust my instincts more, and if I did that, I would do outstanding in life. I constantly remember her words of inspiration whenever I get into a bind. She will be greatly missed. Many prayers to her family and friends.

I had the opportunity to work with Florence at First Health. She was a truly remarkable woman to be around. My heart goes out to her family during their time of grief. May God bless your family.

Florence, How can this be? It is still unfathomable to me that such a vibrant, fun, full-of-life person is no longer with us! I will never forget the times we spent as new young couples (Florence and Steve, Adam and I) "hanging" in New York City and Fire Island. Florence was one of those rare individuals who knew how to love life and that sentiment was contagious. You simply had to have fun when you were with her. To know just one person in your life who could truly embrace life, the...

I worked closely with Florence on several projects at work and had a great opportunity to see her wonderful qualities in action. Among these were a down-to-earth nature, an fabulous sense of humor, a commitment to excellence and compassion for others. I am extremely saddened by her passing and can only imagine the grief of those closest to her. You will be in my thoughts as you pass through this extremely difficult time.

To all of Florence's cherished family,

I was fortunate to have worked with Florence at First Health. What an amazing woman, although you all know that better than I. Her humor and caring kept me going during the times I was frustrated and wanted to give up at work. The compassion she showed me during my last days at First Health were amazing, especially when she was facing so much personally. I will miss her e-mails and her smile. I thank God for the special memories I have of...

Dear Flo, You fought the good fight. All the way through you were strong and beautiful and funny. I smile at your courage and laugh for your generousity and warmth. Thanks for being here for us, all of us who love you. See you again my friend. LJ

Florence had ths knack for making everyone feel special, because when she saw you coming she would flash that great smile. Then she'd proceed to talk to you with such sincerity, you knew you mattered to her. The laughs! How can you remember Florence and not think of all the laughs. She was the best person to be your friend because she accepted you for who you were and always gave you more than she asked for in return. While she loved her dogs, there was no more loyal a friend than...

Dear Steve and to all of Florence's loved ones,
I am a fellow Beaumonster who spent many lunch hours with Florence. I am so very sorry for your great loss and I hope that you find comfort in knowing that Florence inspired so many people as she battled her illness. Florence will be missed but never forgotten.
My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you all.

She is not gone, for every time
the wind whispers and the sun shines
you will hear her voice and see
her smile.
