Not sure what to say?

My dear,dear friends,
Words cannot express the sadness we feel here in the UK. We met you all over 20 years ago on a cruise and have remained friends through thick and thin. We will all miss such a great woman, wife, mother and free-thinker - but, I look into the eyes of her children and grandchildren and know she is still with us. Take care everybody and look after Leon.
With Love Always. Ann xxx

My thoughts and condolences go out to Dave and Samantha and the family. After reading some of the notes here I realized how much our mothers had in common in so many ways and how they touched so many lives. She lives on through you and everyone who she touched and inspired.

Betsy was wise and wonderful!!! She gave me sage advice and comfort through a very tough time in my life. I wish I could have known her longer. I will never forget our water aerobics classes together. I thank God that she was in my life for the short time I knew her.

Leon, I hope you find comfort in knowing how much she meant to me. I will cherish both of your friendship forever.

I value the priveledged time I had to spend with you and your family. Bless all of you, and know that Betsy and your lives have touched many.

To Betsy's Family and especially Dr,
I am so very sad to see such a wonderful, focused and free-spirited person leave us.
But Betsy touched so many many lives and her legacy certainly will live on for generations.
Betsy was such an inspiration to me in my teen years as I grew up with Lizzie. She showed me that women, back in the 1970s, could actually make a difference in the world. Betsy was so courageous as she battled the Good Ol'Boy political system in Tulsa. Through her...

May you find comfort in your memories of your loving Betsy and find strength from her words of wisdom. We send heartfelt condolences to the entire family and especially to Brother Dave and Sista Sam.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

To the Horowitz Family from an ardent admirer. What an accomplished life lived to the hilt. An embodiment that love moves and shapes the world through us. Despite Betsy's many accomplishments, she touched me the most by sending me my angel when I needed one the most. Liz Horowitz saved me when I was lost and floating out to sea. Thank you Betsy for bringing your daughter and wonderful family into our world. You will live on through them.

We are deeply sorry for your loss,
