To The Kelly Family: I was a neighbor of Frank Kelly when I grew up as a child in New Dorp, on Burbank Ave., and he on Edison St. Later in life I was fortunate enough to be on his teaching staff at P.S. 69. He was a wonderful mentor to me. I was in charge of the first Latchkey program there, and he was so very supportive of me. Marie Bocchicchio was his assistant principal at that time.
