Florence A. Lapworth

Hi, I'm not sure who will see this, but I just now found out about Florence passing away (Mar.14). Mom found out a couple of days ago. What a shock! I just visited there last Oct. and she was doing good. I just want to agree with all of you that she was a very wonderful woman. She will definitely be missed. I'm sorry that after dad died 11 yrs ago that our family didn't stay in close contact. Life is so short that things like that shouldn't happen. Florence, we're on our way to reunite with you.

Getting on with the age of technology , here are a few words about my aunt that we will all miss. After people pass away, few have a negative comment to say about someone. I never heard of anyone who had an ill word to say about Aunt Flo when she was with us. The fact that hundreds came to see her at the funeral home speaks volumes. I have so many fond memories of my aunt, I don't know where to begin. Going to the Tiger games with her and my dad, Gail and Vance (they still lost), meeting...

Hi Butch-- Nobody could ask for a nicer or better sister and sister-in-law than you. We have had some good and happy times together. Especially when we went on the Light-house tour. We will miss you terribly. Love, Archie and Oscar (til we meet in heaven)
