I moved into Las Brisas Apts almost 22 years ago directly accross from Flo's apartment, which I currently am still residing. Flo and I became friends early on and spent many times visiting on our walks around the complex, as she would say "four times around is a mile" and she would often lounge by the pool and chat with tenants.
