Read MoreFrank was a lifelong friend, even though he was 8 years older than I. I remember helping him wax his 40 Ford in Mound Park, just before he left for Viet Nam. He loved to fly. The last time I saw him, he was in Atlanta his way to Macon to test fly a helicopter. I will miss him.

I cherish lots of memories of Frank Brisker starting with learning to fly at 17 years of age in 1971 at Galion Flight Training, his locally famous flight school. He also taught my Dad Kenny, my brother Kirk, and my Uncle Dean to fly. He and my Dad were the best of friends for many years following flight training.
