I met Victors mother Florence Stabin serendipitously while they were on a visit to Seattle for a family event. We ended up spending the afternoon together at Snoqualmie Falls having a great time. I still remember her as if it was yesterday. She took a picture with this Indian family that was also visiting the falls that made us laugh! My thoughts and prayers are with her and the Stabin family.
