As a son-in-law for over 15 years and friend for years before and after that, it’s been a privilege to know Flossie. From the first time I met (i.e., was inspected by) her at a wedding of Susie’s cousin, I knew she was a character of warmth and affection. She had a pleasant smile and a quick laugh. She was always fun to be with during the many memorable holidays we spent in Cleveland.
