Not sure what to say?

Your warmth, your smile and your presence will be greatly missed in our family. JoAnna clarke

Having just learned of Sister's death, I am saddened and extened my prayers for the repose of her soul and to those who mourn her passing. May she rest in peace

I recently attended her workshop entitled Diamond of Desire and had just started spiritual direction with Sister Florence. Her shining spirit and wonderful smile will be sadly missed. My condolences to her community, family and those who were touched by her.

My sincere sympathy to the Sisters of Mercy and to Florence's family and loved ones on the loss of a wonderful woman, Florence Trahan. "Flossie, we hardly knew ye." The good she did will truly live on in the many individuals she touched in her dedicated life.

Florence, enjoy your well-deserved reward and remember those of us left behind as we journey the path before us to our eternal home.

Mary Ann Fitzgerald Lally

I shall never forget what a wonderful surprise it was on my eightieth birthday last December to see my high school classmates, Florence, and Sr Pat Brewer and Sr Mary Ellen Murphy and Sr Grace Manion sitting there as I walked into the room! How like her to remember me after all those years. So sorry to learn that we have lost her. My deepest sympathy to all who loved her. Lois Jennings

Sr. Florence was a gem among us and her bright star has now become one of God's beakons to shine upon us. I will remember her zest for life and love for others that made the world a better place.

With love,

Maryellen M. Shuckerow

You are in my heart and prayer.

I only met Sr. Florence one time, but could not fail to see her genuine love of others and her desire to bring them deeper into their spiritual nature. Her passing has left a hole in our world and she, in person and in spirit, will be greatly missed.
