NEWLAND - Florence Phillips Weatherman, 89, died July 6, 2007. The funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Higher Ground Worship Center in Pineola. Burial will take place in Jonas Ridge Cemetary. Sossoman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
