Florian P. Rolowicz, age 86, of Lemont, passed away early Tuesday, July 19, 2011. A veteran of WWII proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Devoted son of the late John (late Elizabeth) Rolowicz; beloved husband of Irene nee Brudzisz, Rolowicz; loving father of George Rolowicz, Joanne (Rene) Gabbai, Cathy (Jim) Redmond, Sylvia (Ken) Bailey, Rose (Rick) Ende, Bernie (Dennis) Patrick, Rita Gross, Barb (Casey) Berens, Pat (Bob) Leja, and John (Toni) Rolowicz; cherished grandfather of 29; adored great-grandfather of 23; dear brother of the late Joseph, and late Henry Rolowicz; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, July 22, 2011, from 2 - 8 p.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C., 108 Illinois St., Lemont, IL 60439. Funeral services Saturday, July 23, 2011, leaving the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. to SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, Lemont, for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery.
