Victoria and family,

I just recently learned of Flo's passing. He was a genuine caring person who as is evident by his obituary, truly cared for people. I met him in a doctors office and it did not matter where he was, he was always the same genuine person. I am sorry for your loss and pray the loving memories you shared will help you through this time of sorrow. May his life be celebrated with each passing memory. God bless you and yours. He was a consummate professional, an erudite spokesman for many causes, especially as Erie County Clerk where I worked with him for 15 plus years, and a compassionate gentleman to everyone who knew him well.
