Floyd passed away in September 2019. Floyd attended Holy Rosary Mission Boarding School until the 10th grade and then graduated from Oglala Community School, excelling in basketball. After high school, Floyd joined the U.S. Army in 1956 and was stationed on the Czechoslovakian/Eastern Germany border during the Cold War.
So sorry to learn about Floyd's passing. I enjoyed his hospitality and his family many years ago. My prayers are with Natalie and Sonny. Nate was also there. Ben Romine
