Floyd was born on May 2, 1937 and passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Floyd was a resident of Williamsport, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was married to Lois. A funeral service to honor the life of Floyd will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Buchanan Baptist Church 3240 Grimesville Road Linden with the Rev. Robert W. Regan officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Knight-Confer Funeral Home 1914 Memorial Ave. Williamsport. Interment will be in Buchanan Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Buchanan Baptist Church 1231 Huling Road Linden PA 17744 or to the Susquehanna Health Foundation CO The Gatehouse 1001 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport PA 17701.
I am so sad to hear about Floyd. I just found out today. He was such a nice man and I remember how nice he was when I would come over to your house growing up. My heart is so heavy for you all. Just know I am praying for Gods comfort and peace for you all at this time. I miss you all.
