As a classmate, I remember Floyd always coming to class meetings with a big smile on his face. Each time he would say,"This is the highlight of the month". He would have so much fun enjoying the company of other classmates, especially by keeping everyone laughing. Never a dull moment when he was there. He will be sadly missed by all for he was the highlight of our meetings.

My God strengthen you at this difficult time; as "Floyd Joy" did all of us "six days of creation" line brother: Charles Gaither livingstone college (class of 75). I' ll always remember his laugh, and smile.

In times like this words seem so inadequate. May God's love bless and comfort you during the difficult times. May memories of Floyd continue to make you smile and fill your heart with the joy he brought into all of your lives. The family will be in my prayers.
