My sympathies and prayers to Mrs. Narcisse and all the Narcisse family. Floyd was a community role model from his days at AIC. He also tried his best to help people. The last time I spoke to him he was very helpful to me.

To Mrs. Linda Narcisse and family, my deepest condolences to you. We have all lost a warrior, but I am happy that i personally had the good fortune of meeting a man like Bro Narcisse for he was one in a million. Your family will be blessed for many years to come because of how Bro N blessed so many by just being there for them.

God bless and keep you and your family you are indeed in my prayers always.
