Your family is in my prayers. When I was young, we got gas from Mr. Floyd's station. He knew I was crazy about Elvis and always teased me about it. My Mother, Grandmother and myself were headed to Andrews for the day on August 16, 1977. Mr. Floyd told us that Elvis had died and had tears in his eyes. He said he would never hurt my feelings by joking about this sad day. He was a fabulous person and I think of him so often, I live down the street from his old station. My kids and grandkids all...
