Floyd H. Severson

Floyd kindly let us borrow his incubator for our 100 chicks when we first moved to Hillsboro. I still remember how yummy his raspberries were. He was always cheerful and helpful. I pass the area where he and Frances lived often and I think of them and what a good influence they had on us and our family.

Floyd was a patient in the clinic I work for for many years. Both the MD and I would travel to Newberg twice monthly to see local patients. Floyd and Francis were certainly a delight to me. She was very sharp with lots of stories to share while her hands were creating some lovely needlework. Floyd was always all smiles. I will continue to think of them often and as fondly as ever. hugs to their large family! xoxo

My wife and I were neighbors (a couple houses down) from Floyd and Frances. We were invited into their home several times, before going out and picking all the fruit we wanted from their trees. Floyd and Frances were a charming couple. They were one of the reasons we had a tough time moving away. God bless Floyd and Frances, and God bless their family.
