Floyd was a wonderful landlord and friend! I was a tenant in one of his 4-family buildings for 5 great years until I purchased my home. On the bittersweet day I returned my key to him - he said that he would always refer to that property as Sharons building! I still miss all those windows! Floyd was very proud of his neighborhood & city and always looked out for his tenants!!! He will be fondly remembered! RIP friend!

The city will not be the same without Floyd. He was a champion for city living and especially for the Southwest Garden Neighborhood. My condolences to his family and the neighborhood. RIP Floyd

He was one of the best teachers I ever had. Wonderful memories of being in his class at Fox High School. RIP, Floyd. You were a great inspiration of what it is to be a wonderful human being.

Floyd was a passionate board member at the Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC and a great booster of the City of St. Louis. I'm honored to have served with him and it was a pleasure getting to know him over the last few years. He will be missed!
