Not sure what to say?

Noel was such a warm, caring and sharing man and I was proud to call him my friend. When I was in college I worked at JC Penneys and met Noel who talked to me about law school and got me really interested in applying. He was at Santa Clara at the time. He was so nice then and remained so throughout his distinguished career. May he rest in peace. My condolences to his family and friends.

Dear Family, so much a part of my childhood were NoNo and his family. They were extraordinary and I have felt so lucky to be a part of that. Watching his brothers teach him to dance before the prom was a priceless experience for me.
Noel, thanks for the memories and I love you.

Judge Noel, like his brothers, was a strong man, with a generous heart and a wonderful wit. He helped the Supreme Cort so much in its very trying time and will be remembered and missed by so many.

My heart is heavy with sadness - He was a great man with big, beautiful heart!

May our Heavenly Father take you in His loving arms and provide you with the comfort and support that you need during these difficult times. Our thought and prayers are with you. (Psalms 94:19) Please accept our sincere condolences.
