Forrest Crutchfield Bayless Memorial services for Forrest Crutchfield Bayless, 26, will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the Bluffton United Methodist Church, AR Hwy 28, Bluffton, AR with Pastors Joy Carmean and Brian Brock officiating. Burial will be in Briggs Memorial Park, Briggsville, AR at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. He passed away Sunday, July 28. Forrest was born December 18, 1986 in Lafayette, LA. He attended most of his school years in Lafayette and was a graduate of the East Texas Charter School in Longview. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and worked in Manhattan, NY and New Orleans, LA. Forrest was known for his great sense of humor, kind spirit and intense love of family. He leaves behind a multitude of friends across the country. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Jean Aikman; and his paternal grandparents, Roy and Sheila Bayless. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Jill Aikman Bayless of Hallsville; father and step-mother, Ronald R. and Victoria Bayless of Rosedale, LA; and his sister, Rebecca K. Bayless of New Orleans. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Briggs Memorial Park, 1005 Briggs Ln., Briggsville, AR 72828 or to Presbyterian Mo Ranch Summer Camps, 2299 FM 1340, Hunt, TX 78024-3037.
