Not sure what to say?

Forrest receiving an award for Cox Heroes and when he first bought his home in Darrington.

I am so sorry I missed Forrest´s memorial. We had been great friends for over 20 years. He and I worked on lookouts and were members of the Forrest Lookout Assn. I worked with him on as the Head of Trails for the Everett Mountainers at one point. Before my marriage Forrest and I spent long weekends together. I loved his sense of humor and we were very close friends. He will always be missed in my heart. We kept in touch with the occasional phone calls. I still think of him when I see...

My deepest and sincerest condolences to Forrest's family and friends. I have known Forrest since I was 11 years old (43 years). He was the step father of my childhood best friend. I spent tons of time with him as a kid. I have wonderful memories of him from him making yummy pizza to him helping me to climb down the side of a mountain during a hiking trip. As an adult we spoke almost every other week or so. He was like a 2nd dad. I feel fortunate the have known him and to have had him in my...

The Forest Fire Lookout Association Conferences will not be the same without Forrest. He had a huge presence that will be missed.

Thanks for the many adventures in the mountains hiking, climbing maintaining fire lookouts Many memories with Forrest on committees working on national trails day event that he was very good at. ( how fitting today is national trails day). Met Forrest working on the Pilchuck lookout in ,89 and volunteered with him for many years on lookouts. Condolences to family and friends.

Forrest was a good friend and spent hours with him sharing our experiences usually over some refreshments. Always willing to try new things, a very intelligent man.

Clark was a great guy, he was was a good Glazier and I learned a lot from him. Very sorry to hear that he is gone.
