As Dale's Mom( "Chip" to family), proud of his accomplishments but most of all proud of how he fought so hard this ugly disease called CANCER to the end! God had a different plan for Chip, to call him home to be with the Lord, his Dad, and heavenly family. I was shocked and saddened by this news! I've read and listened to Dale's work everywhere. This is just a tragic huge loss for all sports fans around here. I pray his wife and children get comfort and peace from the hundreds of messages they'll receive just like this one. R.I.P. Dale...I know you're covering SOME sport in heaven tonight
