I worked with 'Web' in 1983 at the UPS Midwest Region Trailer Shop in Columbus, Ohio. I was the shop clerk and Web was my first manager in the shop. I remember Web was a bit cantankerous but very passionate and proud for his career at UPS. He retired to Kentucky sometime in 1983-84.
