I'm so glad we had a chance to see you this summer in Maine. Thank you for sharing your homes and your art with us in Cornish and Piazza di Brancoli. We will remember you with great fondness.

Thanks for the memories and kindness (and patience) you showed me while growing up and hanging around with Bob in Franklin. I always felt welcomed in your home.

My heart is heavy today having heard the sad news of (one of) my most inspirational teachers. Fosco and Marjorie changed my life and opened my eyes to the world of art that has become my life. I can still see the twinkle in Fosco's eyes when he would show us movies like "Citizen Kane" or let us "loose" in Boston for a day to explore. Because of budget constraints he would buy materials at a military surplus store-but we had just as much fun with those supplies as any fancy materials!
