Mrs. Bingaman,

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to you on the passing of a great man. I will always remember taking my daily walk around the block in the evenings and looking for Mr. Bingaman working in his yard so I could stop and talk to him. He was a very kind and compassionate man, with a great sense of humor and he will be greatly missed.
