Foye was born Sept 17, 1943 in the state of Washington but moved to Derby, Kansas as a small child. She was raised by her parents until she moved to New York City at the age of 18.
Although a professional ballet, tap, and jazz dancer at 16 years of age, she didn’t perform on Broadway until she moved to NYC.
In New York City, she met and married her husband. They were married over 50 years. Foye retired from professional dance to raise a family.
Foye had two children, Adam and Dyana.
Although retired from dance, Foye owned a dancing studio for many years. Her students were numerous and several went on to become professional stage dancers, actors and actresses.
Foye moved to Florida in 1984 when her husband retired from a long term career in Law Enforcement.
Foye is preceded in death by her parents, Foy and Doris Bills, her husband, Adam J. Iaquinto and her daughter, Dyana L. Petro.
Foye is survived by her son, Adam A. Iaquinto and by her grandchildren, Christopher L. Garlinghouse, Ashley L. Rosetti, Katelyn N. Iaquinto, Adam J. Iaquinto, Asher J. Petro and Campbell C. Petro. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Foye will always be loved by her family and friends….. She was very generous and always put others ahead of herself. She was very strong willed and set in her ways. She never met a computer she couldn’t “DELETE”.
Foye was a devout Christian who loved Jesus more than life. We are sure she is in his loving arms today.

We became friends from day one when we met in high school. You were such an amazing friend. We had so many adventures together. I will miss you. Rest in peace now.

We first met Foye and Adam in November 1993 when they graciously invited us to become members of their extended family. For 25 years we shared a daughter and then mourned her loss together. Foye never left you wondering about her values or her thoughts and I will miss the many helpful conversations
on the phone or over an Olive Garden lunch. Her openness and generosity redefined what it meant to be the best of friends.

Adam,
Our deepest condolences go out to you and your family during this unfortunate time. It’s never easy losing a parent or a grandparent, all you can pray for is that there pain free now. We hope that as time passes you hold your mothers memories dearly so that she may live on through you and your family.

Sometimes God gives you a special gift. Foye was one of my special gifts for over 40 years. She was my friend and my sister. Always accepting, never judgemental and always loving. All those qualities of Him. Pat and I will miss her always but we know we will see her again.

I will miss you my beautiful friend and prayer warriors. I will always hold your love, prophecies and friendship in my heart. I will
never forget our shared laughter and giggles. Nor shall I forget the kindness and gentleness you showered on me when I miscarried. My sweet sister your tenderness and wisdom will always bring me peace when I reread the words you send me after I lost my husband.
You have been a faithful and true friend! I love you!
And you know I will be...

Dear Adam and family,
Foye was a wonderful, giving person. We spent hours talking about how proud she was of you and how lovely Cathi is. She was thrilled when y’all took Sugar. It was a pleasure to know your mom and an honor to be her caregiver.
